Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and collaboratively create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate methods to facilitate session productivity and effectiveness.

• Engage in case consultation with psychiatrists and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating medication management as needed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, deploying de-escalation techniques and safety planning to stabilize their conditions.

• Participate in community outreach activities designed to promote mental health awareness, destigmatize mental illness, and connect individuals to the resources they need for support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
