Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote client healing and growth.

• Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continually monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring clients receive consistent and accessible support regardless of their circumstances, including those facing travel or mobility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and comply with both internal and state regulations.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and peer supervision sessions, to remain current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
