Our work setting emphasizes flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges brought on by traditional in-person therapy constraints. As a remote clinician, you will have the tools to engage clients via telehealth platforms, offering appointments that accommodate their schedules from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Our full support team is available to assist with scheduling and client service, allowing you to concentrate on what matters most—providing excellent care to your clients. Additionally, we maintain a no-call requirement and have a protective policy against no-shows, enhancing your focus on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and specific needs regarding trauma.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma, learn coping mechanisms, and foster healing.

• Maintain close collaboration with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and available resources for ongoing support.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards for mental health professionals.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, obtained from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid LCPC license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
