This position will be performed in a remote setting within a community health clinic framework. Our virtual environment allows for flexible working hours, accommodating a wide range of schedules. Our clinic operates daily from 7 AM to 10 PM, providing the opportunity for work-life balance while ensuring that clients have access to necessary services at their convenience.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma history and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience building, and individualized care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that allow clients to process their trauma, enhance their coping strategies, and foster recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless integrated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing effective and empathetic communication.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
