Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, and provide counseling for families and couples, focusing on effective communication strategies and conflict resolution.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all patient records are up to date.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops on emerging mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to the needs of clients, ensuring a multi-faceted approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population that includes individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clinic services a wide demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults, allowing for a varied and enriching therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–110,000 per year along with performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, flexible work hours, and remote work capabilities that allow counselors to manage their caseload and personal commitments effectively.
