Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Sunny Square, you will:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences and encouraging peer support.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific psychological needs of each young adult, helping them navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans designed to meet their unique goals and preferences.

• Monitor client progress diligently, utilizing assessment tools and feedback to ensure treatments are effective and aligned with their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participants in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These clients may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to overcome obstacles, achieve recovery, and thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.
