Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients, utilizing empirical data and therapeutic tools to identify needs and develop targeted treatment plans.

• Conduct individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions, adjusting treatment methods as necessary based on patient response and progress.

• Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive program plans addressing the complex needs of patients.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, adhering to program and regulatory standards while upholding agency policies and ethical practices.

• Engage actively as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group settings, augmenting the therapeutic experience and facilitating group dynamics effectively.

• Participate in case management and provide insights regarding the treatment and progress of patients enrolled in our programs.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
