Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Fresno Mental Therapy Services, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans and improve overall client care.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical practices and legal requirements.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practice.

Qualifications\n

Candidates interested in this position should possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
