Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you flexibility in your work schedule while also ensuring that you remain engaged with the multidisciplinary team in our outpatient office setting. Our operational hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, provide consistent access for our patients and accommodate flexible scheduling for our counselors.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to develop tailored therapy strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver care, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing mental health and well-being.
\n
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to improve treatment outcomes.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with established legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and client trust.

• Participate in continual professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of evolving mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC with Fresno Mental Therapy Services, you will work with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health challenges. Your role will be crucial in providing therapeutic support to individuals navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance misuse. Your efforts will contribute immensely to improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience within a clinical setting is essential.

• An understanding of ethical standards and legal practices in mental health care is necessary.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a varied clientele;

• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include:
