Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide outpatient counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments using standardized diagnostic tools to ascertain mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans based on client goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others, to facilitate client progress.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines, contributing to quality care and accountability.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators to enhance client treatment outcomes and share best practices.

• Participate actively in case consultations, professional development trainings, and team meetings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at LumaMind Therapy, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCPC license in Nevada or the ability to become licensed within 90 days of employment.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health or outpatient setting, with demonstrated success in client engagement and treatment planning.

• Proficient in delivering culturally competent and trauma-informed care, particularly for diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity.
