Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans geared towards each client’s specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

As an LCPC at Relajarse Therapeutic Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus structure.
