Key Responsibilities\n

• Individualized Therapy: Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy using a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively address a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough mental health evaluations to identify clients' needs. Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique goals and challenges.

• Treatment Planning & Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress, adapting treatment plans based on current needs and outcomes to ensure the most effective therapeutic approach in real time.

• Collaborative Case Management: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive care. Facilitate appropriate referrals to other services as needed.

• Document Clinical Progress: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA. Keep records updated to support continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
