Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote but is integrated within a collaborative outpatient office setting. Our outpatient treatment center specifically caters to teens and young adults aged 18 to 30, offering a dynamic environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. Work hours are designed to support work-life balance, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead engaging and supportive group sessions, empowering clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Your expertise will create a safe space that fosters open dialogue and community support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
