Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be pivotal in shaping the treatment and recovery paths of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions where participants can express themselves, share experiences, and build mutual support.

• Providing Individual Counseling: Offer personalized sessions to help clients explore their emotional landscapes, develop coping strategies, and set actionable goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving young adults aged 18 to 30 who face a range of mental health issues. As a counselor, you will directly engage with these individuals in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), providing tailored therapeutic interventions that promote healing and self-discovery. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and unrestricted License as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting working with young adults and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
