This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus. This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility and convenience for our employees. You will also be supported by our administrative and scheduling team, ensuring that you can focus primarily on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ trauma histories and develop suitable treatment approaches.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and building resilience, frequently revising the plans based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions focused on processing trauma, developing healthy coping strategies, and fostering emotional growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to guarantee integrated and holistic care for patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during emergencies related to trauma.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to promote informed self-management.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives focusing on trauma-informed care best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
