Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a highly collaborative team atmosphere. You will work Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will play a vital role in our outpatient treatment center, focusing specifically on young adults aged 18 to 30. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group sessions that encourage peer interaction, shared experiences, and collective learning, providing a supportive space for clients to share their challenges.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide tailored one-on-one counseling aimed at helping clients understand their thoughts and feelings, enabling them to develop actionable coping strategies and recovery plans.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment strategies, targeting their unique mental health needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
