Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage actively with clients through individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions to foster healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate efficiently with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay informed about the latest trends and methods in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
