Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that encourage connection, sharing, and learning among clients, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Offer tailored counseling sessions that help clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while developing personalized coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Partner with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique needs and objectives.

• Monitor Progress: Consistently track and assess client progress using various tools and feedback methods to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other treatment professionals to coordinate care, ensuring best practices and optimal recovery outcomes for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus primarily on a diverse population of young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are navigating transitional life challenges, anxiety, depression, and other mental health obstacles. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
