Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions to assist women aged 35-55 in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, interpersonal relationships, and stress management.

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans that consider each client’s unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based approaches to foster effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct Virtual Therapy Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions while ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients. Adapt session strategies to accommodate the virtual environment effectively.

• Monitor and Assess Client Progress: Regularly evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help clients meet their goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, with active and unrestricted LPCC licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
