Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting through a telehealth model, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space. You will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions via a secure, user-friendly online platform, which facilitates a comfortable and open environment for your clients. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, group, or family therapy sessions remotely, ensuring to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Completing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to inform and tailor individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to facilitate client progress.
\n
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of sessions and client information using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Actively participating in weekly clinical supervision and peer consultation sessions to support personal and professional growth.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and additional support staff to provide integrated care and achieve holistic client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support a varied client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will engage with clients dealing with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Building strong therapeutic alliances with each client will be crucial as you guide them through their journey toward improved emotional and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LPCC license in the state of California.
\n
• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health or related settings, demonstrating competency in providing therapy to diverse populations.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competency, and trauma-informed care.

• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates may also exhibit one or more of the following:

• Additional certifications, such as EMDR or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
