Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport, and establishing positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular therapy sessions to assess client progress, addressing challenges, and discussing upcoming appointments or discharge plans when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

• Completing comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant information and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and gain insightful feedback.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies to optimize the care and support for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Competence in conducting intake assessments effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in specific areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or the treatment of anxiety and depression will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) could enhance the richness of your contributions to the team.
