Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships based on professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, utilizing practice management systems such as PIMSY for streamlined workflow.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual session meetings each week, providing significant therapeutic intervention and support aimed at achieving optimal mental health outcomes.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions, encouraging constructive feedback and personal growth.

Qualifications\n
