Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of client consultations through virtual platforms, building strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to examine their progress, discuss challenges, and prepare for potential discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Design, deliver, and continually adapt person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, using evidence-based practices to promote healing and resilience.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through individual supervision and team meetings.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Inner Peace, you will serve a varied client population that includes adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. This role is vital in providing tailored therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, with a focus on delivering care in the least restrictive environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field.

• Must hold an unrestricted, active LPCC license in California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience post-graduation in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient in using computers, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical management software such as Pimsy.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services, including individual and family therapy.
\n
• Capable of conducting comprehensive intake assessments effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote telehealth environment.
