Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inner Peace, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that contribute significantly to client care:

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, and plan for transitions, including potential discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client to track their journey and treatment outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and engage in one-on-one supervision to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology platforms, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to manage client data and documentation.

• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments as part of the client onboarding process.
