Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based tools to identify mental health needs and risks.

• Develop and recommend individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions, including psychoeducational and transitional groups.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques to manage acute situations effectively and carry out suicide prevention strategies tailored to patient needs.

• Monitor and assess the clinical progress of patients on your caseload, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with team members.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team and administrative meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.

• Provide training and support to other staff on mental health topics, fostering a culture of understanding and awareness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with clinical standards and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
