Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based intervention strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each client’s progress, treatment goals, and notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in professional development activities, including clinical supervision and ongoing training, to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality as per legal standards and internal policies, ensuring a trustworthy therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health issues. You will provide care to clients across different age groups, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each client's developmental stage and specific circumstances. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a valid and active LPCC license to practice in California.

• The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
