Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to fully understand client backgrounds and challenges.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to express themselves and work through their challenges.

• Utilize a culturally competent, strengths-based approach in every interaction, fostering respect and understanding.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress using a secure electronic health records (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our practice, you will be providing services to a varied client population, including adults, adolescents, and families who are facing emotional, behavioral, and relational difficulties. You will also work with high-acuity clients requiring specialized interventions, including trauma-informed therapy approaches. Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC license in California is required; Associate PCC under supervision (e.g., AMFT/ASW) will also be considered.

• Strong foundational knowledge and experience in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of clients in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health environments is highly desirable.

• Experience working with high-acuity clients, as well as familiarity with teen and couples therapy.

• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities, including EMDR or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
