Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and discharge planning as needed.

• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to client goals.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment logs for each client.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to accurately gather critical client information.
\n
• Provide individual counseling sessions each week, creating a supportive space for clients to explore their challenges.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with software programs such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Solid experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable and competent in completing intake assessments efficiently.

• Experience working in community mental health settings or integrated care environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Griffin and Associates offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We operate under a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates that are paid in advance of collections, ensuring no wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
