Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, client-centered counseling services through telehealth sessions, ensuring adherence to HIPAA compliance and code of ethics.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at identifying issues and collaborating on actionable solutions with clients.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients experiencing mental health conditions, trauma, or dual diagnoses, ensuring the maintenance of safety and confidentiality.

• Document progress notes and treatment outcomes in a timely manner using our cloud-based EHR system.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and therapies, sharing insights to improve overall care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on serving a diverse patient population in El Paso and beyond, with clients ranging from children to adults. As a counselor, you will be working closely with individuals facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas is required.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
