Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct support to clients with mental health challenges through assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Effectively carry a caseload, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address clients’ presenting issues.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and arrange for more comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring that clients receive coordinated services tailored to their unique needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention as required, providing immediate support and solutions to clients in distress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a holistic approach to client care and facilitate access to additional resources.

• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff.

• Track client progress and produce timely reports in accordance with organizational policies, including necessary documentation for healthcare plans.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
