This role will be performed remotely from your home, with the flexibility to engage with staff, students, and their families through digital communication tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be essential to successfully interact with various stakeholders, including school staff, parents, and community service providers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a primary clinician for assigned clients, providing direct services in both virtual and community settings, focusing on students who experience the symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct short screening assessments tied to evidence-based practices, and when necessary, arrange for comprehensive evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of the client's needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans tailored to each client's circumstances, ensuring seamless access to necessary linked services and ongoing communication with all involved parties.

• Provide an array of brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, ensuring that students are equipped with the tools for personal development and empowerment.

• Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery to achieve the agency’s quality improvement goals.
\n
• Carry a manageable caseload that may involve individual, group, and family therapy and maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting aligned with accreditation standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating an ability to respond effectively and empathetically during high-stress situations.

• Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines, organizational policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents and children who display a range of mental health challenges. Your efforts will support culturally diverse populations, often from low-income families, requiring a trauma-informed and culturally competent approach to care. You will work collaboratively with educational staff and caregivers to support the mental well-being of students within their learning environments.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active LCSW license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000.
