Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address challenges, plan future appointments, and determine discharge readiness.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in accordance with clinic policies.

• Perform initial intake assessments to establish therapeutic pathways tailored to individual requirements.

• Facilitate weekly one-on-one sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to support clients’ mental health journeys.

• Engage in scheduled individual supervision for clinical development and case consultation, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers within and outside the clinic to coordinate care and address client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
