Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies, to address clients' needs during sessions.

• Facilitate therapy groups, individual therapy, and family or couples therapy, actively engaging participants and promoting open communication.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with best practices and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, sharing insights and techniques to enhance holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois, demonstrating your qualifications to practice in this capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, which may be complemented by potential performance-based bonuses.
