Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records while adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuing education opportunities through workshops and seminars to stay abreast of evolving mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals and families who are facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many of our clients come to us from underserved communities in Joliet and surrounding areas, making your expertise and commitment essential in providing them with much-needed support and guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively connect with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
