This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth platforms to connect with clients. You'll work primarily Monday through Friday, maintaining a balanced schedule with no evening or weekend hours, which promotes both your well-being and professional development. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and therapeutic group sessions that foster peer connections, allowing clients to share their experiences in a supportive environment.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions focused on the unique needs of each client, applying various counseling techniques to aid in their emotional and mental health journey.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, tailored to their specific challenges and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress through established evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms, ensuring accountability and adaptability in their treatment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and consult on complex cases, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom encounter a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety to depression and relational issues. As a counselor, you will play an essential role in guiding this demographic toward recovery and personal growth, working within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) that emphasizes evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
\n
• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and inspire clients.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and a commitment to providing high-quality virtual care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly working with young adults.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Previous experience in group therapy facilitation and treatment planning is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 a year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide:
