As part of our practice, you will have access to a supportive administration team for scheduling and client services, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most—your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Silver Star Mental Services, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gain insights into clients' trauma histories and identify suitable treatment interventions.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing trauma, cultivating coping strategies, and facilitating healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, remaining a stabilizing presence for clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence with legal and ethical standards while staying organized in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
