Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized therapeutic plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each session meets the highest standards of clinical excellence.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, integrating various aspects of clients' needs into their treatment plans.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will primarily work with diverse clients in the Knoxville area, supporting those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on performance. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
