The position is remote but operates within an outpatient office framework, allowing you to conduct sessions through telehealth or in-person meetings based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client, conducting comprehensive evaluations to understand their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality is upheld at all times.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, with the addition of performance bonuses.
