Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing various therapeutic modalities to cater to each client’s unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, gaining a thorough understanding of their situations to develop effective treatment strategies.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services when clients experience acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support actions.

• Offer educational discussions and resources to clients and their families to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
