Work Environment\n

This role is offered as a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from your home while connecting with clients through virtual sessions. However, you will also have the opportunity to visit our outpatient office in Johnson City as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to formulate appropriate and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy tailored to each client's specific goals and circumstances, including individual, couples, or family therapy.
\n
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
\n
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure coherent and integrated care for clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records, documenting client progress and interactions in compliance with professional standards.
\n
• Contribute to the improvement of therapeutic practices by providing feedback and recommendations based on clinical experiences and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Many of our clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will directly influence their healing journey and contribute positively to their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD, allowing you to provide psychotherapy services in Tennessee.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling services.
\n
• Experience working within an outpatient environment, preferably focusing on adults and families dealing with complex emotional and psychological issues.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and client-centered approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
