Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients for mental health diagnoses, developing and executing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain ongoing clinical documentation in accordance with company policies, including diagnosis reviews, treatment plan updates, and session notes.

• Deliver exceptional client service, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

• Implement innovative therapeutic interventions that inspire clients to meet and exceed their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will serve a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
