Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that cater to their individual goals and challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
