Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, evaluate stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning as appropriate.

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans to ensure effective care tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to track client development.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, gathering critical information to inform treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual therapeutic sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client growth and healing.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical practice and deepen professional development.

Qualifications\n
