Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide therapy to diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
