Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs and objectives of clients, working collaboratively to develop tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) is essential.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Suite, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and teletherapy technologies.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical counseling setting is preferred.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
