Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on fostering emotional resilience and personal growth.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, selecting the most appropriate methods for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate seamless, holistic care and support for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
