Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Medical Team Administrator to develop and coordinate comprehensive mental health treatment plans for clients.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ needs.
\n
• Deliver in-service training to medical, psychiatric, and security staff, enhancing their understanding and response to mental health issues.
\n
• Quickly intervene and de-escalate mental health emergencies that arise within the outpatient setting.
\n
• Attend commitment hearings when required, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards in providing care.
\n
• Create and update individual treatment plans, setting achievable goals with measurable outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols.

• Verify patients' mental health histories, including previous treatments and medications, to deliver personalized care effectively.
\n
• Prepare routine and special reports as necessary to track patient progress and outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with nursing and mental health staff to facilitate appropriate post-release referrals for continued care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
