Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a consistent caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive working relationships while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address stability, schedule future appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate course of therapy.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual supervision to promote continuous professional development and enhanced clinical skills.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted LPCC licensure, allowing for independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual compensation range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflective of experience and qualifications. Highland Counseling PC employs a fee-for-service model, featuring guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring no delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
