Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine client needs, utilizing evidence-based tools to ensure accurate diagnostics.

• Join your colleagues in monitoring treatment outcomes, contributing actively to team discussions focused on best practices and patient care improvements.

• Document patient progress meticulously and maintain precise medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular case conferences and treatment team meetings to exchange knowledge, insight, and case strategies amongst a multidisciplinary team.

• Develop and implement effective therapeutic activities tailored to individual and group needs, including engaging in group therapy sessions and recreational therapeutic activities.

• Apply the coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies to enhance client engagement and foster a supportive atmosphere for personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a clinical setting is necessary to be a successful candidate for this role.
