Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, address ongoing needs, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s stated goals and mental health needs.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records and progress notes to support clinical assessments.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate the needs of new clients effectively.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapeutic sessions, ensuring a safe and open environment for honest discussions.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision to continually enhance clinical skills and address challenges faced in practice.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of the client’s health are considered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC with Highland Counseling PC, you will primarily serve an outpatient population that includes individuals from various backgrounds and demographics. Our clients range from children to adults, each presenting unique challenges that require tailored therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license, in good standing.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in using technology related to mental health practice, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical management software.
\n
• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families, including comfort in conducting intake assessments.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, structured under a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursements.
